Furthermore, effective behavior management practices are seen as a key to achieving the goal of inclusive education. Teaching is a stressful job, and no struggle causes greater stress to general education and special education teachers than student misbehavior. Creating a New Beginning helps teachers-both new and veteran-who are struggling with classroom management, with an emphasis on classrooms that have one or more students with an emotional/behavioral disorder (EBD). Even veteran teachers who have a student with EBD included in the classroom for the first time may find themselves struggling.
